1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Global Relocate USA LLC, doing business as HiRizzi (“HiRizzi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). HiRizzi AI SEO is a HiRizzi software product.

By accessing aibulkseo.com, downloading or using HiRizzi AI SEO, purchasing a license, creating an account, or using related services, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service or software.

2. HiRizzi AI SEO and Software License

HiRizzi AI SEO is a WordPress SEO software product that provides tools for traditional SEO, structured data, AI-search-readiness workflows, and related website-management functions.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable license conditions, HiRizzi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software for its intended purpose. Purchasing the software does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, or other HiRizzi intellectual property to you.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly distribute paid software packages or license credentials, circumvent licensing controls, or use the software in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

3. Free and Pro Versions

HiRizzi AI SEO may be offered in Free and Pro versions. Features, usage limits, licensing mechanisms, and update eligibility may differ between versions.

The current Free version includes core functionality with certain limits. The current Pro license unlocks additional functionality, including expanded or unlimited use of designated features and premium update access, as described on the product site at the time of purchase.

We may improve or modify product functionality over time. A purchase entitles you to the license and benefits represented for that purchase, subject to these Terms; it does not constitute a promise that every feature, third-party integration, AI model, search-engine behavior, or interface will remain unchanged indefinitely.

4. AI Features and API Costs

Some HiRizzi AI SEO features use third-party artificial intelligence services. Where the product requires you to provide your own API credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the applicable third-party account and for charges imposed by that provider.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate for a particular website, or otherwise unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated titles, descriptions, FAQs, schema content, recommendations, and other output before saving, publishing, or relying on it.

5. SEO, Rankings, Citations, and AI Search

HiRizzi AI SEO provides tools and structural guidance intended to help you implement SEO, structured-data, and AI-search-readiness workflows. Search engines and AI services independently determine crawling, indexing, ranking, rich-result eligibility, inclusion in generated answers, and citations.

HiRizzi does not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, rich results, AI citations, inclusion in AI-generated answers, or any particular search or business outcome.

Metrics such as Citation Readiness are product-generated indicators based on defined structural signals. They are not confirmation that a third-party AI service has cited or will cite your content. AI Bot Activity or crawler information likewise does not establish that your content was used in an AI answer or model.

6. Accounts, Discussions, and User Content

Where accounts or community discussions are available, you are responsible for information posted through your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content to a public discussion or other public area, you grant HiRizzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate, promote, and preserve the service.

We may moderate, reject, remove, close, or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address spam or abuse, protect users or systems, or comply with law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HiRizzi services to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person or organization;
• distribute malware, malicious code, spam, fraudulent material, or deceptive content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, licenses, or non-public functionality;
• interfere with service operation or intentionally overload infrastructure;
• circumvent usage, licensing, security, or access controls;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with HiRizzi;
• post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited material in community areas.

8. Third-Party Services

HiRizzi AI SEO may interact with or link to third-party services, including WordPress, hosting providers, AI providers, search engines, payment processors, marketplaces, and other websites. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, pricing, availability, and technical requirements.

HiRizzi is not responsible for changes made by third parties that affect compatibility, API pricing, model availability, search behavior, crawling, indexing, or other external functionality.

9. Intellectual Property

HiRizzi and its licensors retain all rights in HiRizzi AI SEO, its branding, original software, website design and content, documentation, and other proprietary materials, except for third-party components and user content belonging to their respective owners.

“HiRizzi” and “HiRizzi AI SEO” may not be used in a way that falsely implies sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or ownership.

10. Software Updates and Service Availability

We may release fixes, security patches, compatibility changes, and feature updates. Update delivery may require a valid eligible license and communication with HiRizzi update infrastructure.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability of websites, update servers, discussions, support systems, third-party integrations, or every product function. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting issues, external provider changes, or other circumstances may cause temporary or permanent changes.

11. Purchases and Refunds

Prices and purchase terms are displayed at checkout or on the applicable product page. Third-party payment or commerce providers may process purchases and apply their own terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are subject to the HiRizzi AI SEO Refund Policy in effect for the transaction. The current Pro product is marketed as a one-time software license rather than a monthly plugin subscription; separate third-party AI API usage may still generate charges from the AI provider.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiRizzi AI SEO and related websites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. HiRizzi disclaims warranties that are not expressly provided, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent such disclaimers are permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every WordPress configuration or third-party plugin, or produce any specific SEO, AI-search, revenue, traffic, or business result.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Relocate USA LLC d/b/a HiRizzi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, traffic, rankings, opportunities, or goodwill arising from or related to the product or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiRizzi’s aggregate liability arising from a paid HiRizzi AI SEO purchase will not exceed the amount you paid HiRizzi for the applicable product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Suspension or Termination

You may stop using the product or services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to hosted services, community features, licenses, or related functionality where reasonably necessary because of material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or unauthorized distribution or circumvention.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and applicable payment obligations—will survive.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the product, services, business, law, or third-party requirements. The effective date at the top will identify the current version. Your continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
