Community Guidelines

Guidelines for keeping HiRizzi AI SEO Discussions useful, respectful, technically focused, and safe for WordPress users.

Effective date: September 3, 2026

1. Purpose of the Community

HiRizzi AI SEO Discussions is a place for users to ask questions, share practical WordPress SEO experiences, discuss product workflows, report problems, suggest features, and help one another use HiRizzi AI SEO effectively.

The community is operated by Global Relocate USA LLC, doing business as HiRizzi. Participation is subject to these Community Guidelines and the HiRizzi AI SEO Terms of Use.

2. Be Helpful and Constructive

Good discussions give other users enough context to understand the question or experience. When asking for technical help, include relevant details such as the HiRizzi AI SEO version, WordPress version, affected feature, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.

Constructive criticism is welcome. You do not need to agree with HiRizzi or other community members, but criticism should focus on the product, feature, workflow, or idea rather than attacking a person.

3. Treat People with Respect

Do not post harassment, threats, personal attacks, hateful or discriminatory material, deliberate intimidation, or content intended primarily to provoke or abuse another participant.

Disagreements about SEO practices, AI, WordPress, or product design are fine. Keep the discussion professional and focused on the issue.

4. Keep Discussions Relevant

Topics should have a reasonable connection to HiRizzi AI SEO, WordPress SEO, structured data, AI-search readiness, the plugin’s features, product support, feature requests, or related implementation experience.

Choose the most appropriate discussion category when possible. Moderators may move, rename, merge, or close topics to keep the community organized.

5. Protect Passwords, API Keys, and Sensitive Information

Never post passwords, license credentials, payment-card information, private API keys, WordPress administrator credentials, server passwords, or other secrets in a public discussion.

When sharing logs, screenshots, code, or configuration details, remove personal information and credentials first. If support requires information that should not be public, use the appropriate private support channel instead.

If you discover what appears to be a security vulnerability in HiRizzi software or infrastructure, do not publish exploit details that could put other users at risk. Contact HiRizzi Support so the issue can be reviewed responsibly.

6. No Spam, Deceptive Promotion, or Manipulation

Do not use the community for repetitive advertising, irrelevant link building, automated promotional posts, affiliate spam, fake testimonials, deceptive claims, impersonation, or attempts to manipulate search engines or community engagement.

Relevant links may be shared when they genuinely help answer a question or provide necessary context. Links posted by users may be marked as user-generated or nofollow by the site.

7. Content You Post

Only post content that you have the right to share. Do not publish copyrighted material, confidential information, personal data, or proprietary content belonging to someone else without appropriate authorization.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your contributions. Community posts represent the views of their authors and should not automatically be treated as official HiRizzi documentation or advice.

Product documentation and official HiRizzi responses should take precedence when a community answer conflicts with current documented product behavior.

8. Moderation

New topics and replies may be held for moderation. HiRizzi may edit titles for clarity, move topics, close discussions, reject or remove content, restrict posting, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Guidelines, address spam or abuse, protect users or systems, or comply with law.

Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk. Not every disagreement or inaccurate statement requires removal.

9. Bug Reports and Feature Requests

Bug reports and feature requests are welcome. A report does not guarantee that HiRizzi will reproduce, prioritize, fix, or implement the requested change, but clear reports help us evaluate the issue.

For bugs, describe the steps needed to reproduce the problem and include non-sensitive technical context. For feature requests, explain the workflow or problem you are trying to solve rather than only naming a proposed feature.

10. Questions or Reports

If you need to report a community issue, disclose a potential security problem, or obtain help that should not be posted publicly, contact HiRizzi Support.
