HiRizzi AI SEO Pro is a downloadable digital WordPress software product offered by Global Relocate USA LLC, doing business as HiRizzi. The current Pro offering is sold as a one-time software license rather than a monthly plugin subscription.

Before purchasing, customers can review the product information, documentation, feature descriptions, and the available Free version to determine whether HiRizzi AI SEO is suitable for their WordPress site and workflow.

2. Refund Policy

Because HiRizzi AI SEO is digital software that can be downloaded and used after purchase, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, failure to use the product, purchasing the wrong product, or deciding after purchase that a feature or workflow is not needed.

A purchase also does not become refundable because a search engine, AI service, WordPress plugin, hosting environment, or other third party changes its behavior, policies, pricing, APIs, compatibility, ranking systems, or availability.

3. Rights Required by Applicable Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy removes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, remedy, or other consumer protection in your circumstances, HiRizzi will honor those requirements.

4. Technical Problems

If you experience a technical problem with HiRizzi AI SEO, please contact HiRizzi Support and provide enough information for us to understand the issue, such as the WordPress version, relevant plugin version, error details, and steps that reproduce the problem.

We will make reasonable efforts to help diagnose product-related issues. A technical support request does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

HiRizzi cannot guarantee compatibility with every hosting configuration, theme, third-party plugin, security product, caching system, WordPress customization, or future third-party software change.

5. Anthropic and Other Third-Party AI Charges

HiRizzi AI SEO uses a bring-your-own-API-key model for supported AI functionality. Charges associated with your Anthropic account or another third-party service are separate from the HiRizzi AI SEO software purchase.

HiRizzi does not collect those third-party API usage charges and cannot issue refunds for charges billed directly by Anthropic or another external provider. Questions or disputes concerning those charges must be handled with the provider that billed them.

6. Payment and Commerce Providers

HiRizzi may use third-party commerce or payment providers to process software purchases. Your transaction may therefore also be subject to the provider’s checkout terms and payment procedures.

If a payment is duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise appears to contain a billing error, contact us promptly so that the transaction can be reviewed. This section does not limit rights available to you under applicable law.
