This Privacy Policy applies to aibulkseo.com and the online services operated for HiRizzi AI SEO, including product information, free downloads, licensing, documentation, tutorials, discussions, and support interactions handled by HiRizzi. It does not automatically govern third-party websites or services that you choose to use.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive information that you provide directly, such as your name, email address, account details, discussion posts or replies, support messages, purchase or license-related information, and other information you choose to submit.

Our websites and servers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs. We may collect basic download, referral, and product-usage events where implemented.

3. HiRizzi AI SEO Plugin and Your WordPress Site

HiRizzi AI SEO is installed on your own WordPress website. Content and settings stored locally by the plugin remain on your WordPress installation unless a feature requires communication with an external service.

Some product functions may communicate with HiRizzi-operated services for legitimate product operations such as licensing, entitlement validation, secure software updates, or related service functionality. The exact information transmitted depends on the feature being used and may include information necessary to identify the installation, license, version, or update request.

4. AI Features and Third-Party AI Providers

HiRizzi AI SEO includes optional AI-powered features. Where the product asks you to connect your own third-party AI provider account or API key, requests necessary to perform the selected AI function may be sent to that provider. For the current product, AI functionality may use Anthropic services.

The information sent can include prompts and relevant content that you choose to process, such as page text or SEO-related context needed to generate the requested output. Third-party providers process that information under their own terms and privacy practices.

You are responsible for deciding what information you submit to an AI feature. Do not send confidential, regulated, sensitive, or personal information to a third-party AI provider unless you have determined that doing so is appropriate for your use case.

Anthropic API Key Storage

When you save a dedicated Anthropic API key in HiRizzi AI SEO v1.9.0 or later, the key is encrypted at rest using secret material derived from your WordPress installation (your site’s authentication salts) and is stored in your WordPress database in encrypted form. The plugin does not display the saved key back to you in full; only a masked preview is shown for identification.

If your WordPress installation’s authentication salts are changed or rotated, a previously saved key may no longer be decryptable by the plugin, and you may need to re-enter and re-save it. This encryption helps protect the stored key against exposure limited to the database itself, such as a leaked database backup or database-only compromise. It does not protect against someone with broader access to your WordPress installation, including access to wp-config.php or server-level access, because the installation secrets used to derive the encryption key are part of the WordPress environment.

When HiRizzi AI SEO uses its dedicated Anthropic API key configuration, the key is not routed through HiRizzi servers. The AI request is sent server-to-server from your WordPress site directly to Anthropic’s API.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and maintain the website and product; process downloads, licenses, and updates; operate discussions and support; respond to requests; secure our systems; prevent fraud, spam, and abuse; diagnose technical problems; understand product usage; improve our products and documentation; comply with legal obligations; and enforce applicable terms.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information as a business model. We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate our websites, communications, payments, software distribution, security, analytics, or infrastructure, subject to the services they provide to us.

If you purchase through a third-party checkout or payment provider, payment information is handled by that provider under its own privacy practices. HiRizzi may receive transaction information needed to identify the purchase, provide the product, manage licensing, or support the customer.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of relevant business assets.
